Okay, let me share my thought about it..
So, social media is the interaction among people in which they create, share or exchange information and ideas in virtual communities and network..
That's the definition..
I believe that most of us spend most of our internet using time in social networking. Am I right??
Who do not know about Facebook or Twitter or YouTube these days?? There are so many social media..

By using social media, we can publish, share, discuss, live stream, etc.. We can do many things by the social medias.. The news or information spread faster through social media.. We share most of our thought through the social media.. We discuss more by using the social media.. 

But there are also some negative sides of the social media like exclusiveness, disparity, trustworthiness, concentration, reliability, and some others.. 

The social media also can be used in the classroom, for example Facebook, it can help the students to share their thought in or outside the classroom, especially for the shy-type students who seems like can't speak, they can share their thought through the social media.. And YouTube, students can watch videos, answer questions and discuss the content.. The students also can create their own video and publish it..
